Dispels the active chaos rules for the rest of the round. When no rule is active the shield is refused and you keep it. If removing a rule pushes your total over the limit, you bust.
When to use
- Against a rule that turns a good hand bad, such as a lowered bust limit on a high total.
- Check your total under normal rules first: the shield can bust you.
